Convert Reminder(s) to Event(s) Dialog
You use the Convert Reminders
dialog to transform one or more reminders into actual events. You
can get to this dialog from the Reminder View
by selecting one or more reminders of the same type
and pressing the Cvrt button.
For example, suppose that you are
looking at a reminder list for a certain type of vaccination.
Today you vaccinated these animals and you want to record this as
an event. You can select all of the reminders for this
vaccination in the Reminder View and then convert them
automatically to actual events without having to re-enter the
information.

operator who observed or recorded this event.
    - Event Type

        change this value.
-

default for the cost will depend on how the event type is
        set up.
-
- Notes
- You can type any additional
comments about the event into this field.
-
- Additional Event
        Information
- Depending on what type of
event this is, this table will prompt you for additional
information about the event. You can change this
        information if you want.
-
- Create These Reminders
- Sometimes converting a
reminder to an event will cause one or more reminders to
be added to the herd database for these animals. If so,
these will appear in this list. You can delete any of
these, add new ones, or change the reminder dates before
pressing OK. To add a new item, press the + button to
create a new row. To delete an item, select the item and
        then press the - button.
